Dream Away Lodge, Ferrin Gallery and Zea Mays Printmaking present a series of exhibitions in 2 locations featuring artists from the Zea Mays Printmaking Flat File. Two different sets of prints will be on display at the Dream Away Lodge and Ferrin Gallery.
The opening reception takes place at the Dream away Lodge with a themed artist’s dinner. Dinner is served at 7:30PM, $18 pp (reservations are appreciated).

Zea Mays Printmaking in the Loo is a collaboration between three great culture venues in Western Massachusetts: The Dream Away Lodge (Beckett), Ferrin Gallery (Pittsfield) and Zea Mays Printmaking (Northampton).
Gallery owner and curator Leslie Ferrin teamed up with restaurateur and culture maven Daniel Osman to select original prints for exhibition from the Flat Files at Zea Mays Printmaking. The Flat Files house over 400 printsby member artists of this internationally recognized “green” print studio.
The program began in the summer of 2010 with four exhibitions in the Loo Galleries at both the Dream Away Lodge and Ferrin Gallery. We kicked off the Loo series with shows of prints by Liz Chalfin (etchings), Lilly Pereira (photo-intaglio), Sarah Creighton (monotypes) and Annie Bissett (Japanese woodblock). 2011 will showcase the work of Lynn Peterfreund (monoprint and etching), Maya Malachowski Bajak (etching) and Mark Zunino (monoprint and etching). Each exhibition opens with a dinner/reception at the Dream Away Lodge.
