I want my prints to communicate a world of movement, complexity, metaphor, intimacy, and beauty to a viewer. Whether representation or abstract, I hope a narrative is suggested by the animation of forms, color, and tension in the compositions. I’ve worked in many media and sizes, from small prints to large murals, and try to sense the language of each material, each environment, each expressive world.
My work has been shown nationally and internationally and I have been an art instructor for the past 35 years.
