Trace Monotype offers the artist a wide range of mark-making possibilities, some permanent, some transient. During this one-day workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to create color slabs on paper, transfer an existing drawing, or improvise using stencils and masks to create color trace monotypes.
Registration, inking and paper options as well as combination of trace monotype printed over existing prints will be discussed.
The workshop includes demonstrations, hands-on work time and group sharing.
