Rhoda Rosenberg was born in Philadelphia, PA. After receiving a Certificate in Painting and Drawing from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Rosenberg graduated with a BFA in printmaking from the Fine Arts Department at Temple University and with an MFA in printmaking from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts/Tufts. Rosenberg has taught at the Museum School since 1982.
Recipients of numerous awards, Rosenberg’s books and prints have appeared in one-person and group shows and in Johannesburg, South Africa. The Concord Arts Museum is scheduled to have a One Person Retrospective of her work in October 2023.
She serves on the board of the Boston Printmakers and the Fellowship of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.
