During this workshop we will delve into color theory that can be applied to any method of printmaking or printing inks. Quickly generating mixed color with Akua Waterbased Inks and printing on PETG thin plastic plates, makes for an easy way to see lots of color relationships during our workshop. PETG is thin enough to print either face up or face down for easy registration and printing of multiple color plates. We will practice mixing primary color inks to arrive at beautiful neutral grays and earth tones to gain control and confidence when printing with color.   This one-day workshop is open to all levels and can also serve as an introduction to monotype printmaking.
