$125 non-members, $100 members (no materials fee as there will be no printing)
This is a day-long workshop exploring the skills for critiquing your own work and the work of others. It is an opportunity to learn to see, with useful questions to help edit your own work while in process, and to understand how others see your work. These strategies for looking are also helpful when choosing a cohesive body of work and critiquing others artists’ work.
If you are interested in the way language can help you move your work forward, this class is for you!
Students will be asked to bring four to six prints to the workshop – a combination of finished and unfinished work. As a group, we’ll outline the useful criteria and questions and apply them to each person’s work in a supportive and constructive manner.
