| Liz Chalfin
Liz Chalfin makes monotypes, intaglio prints, collagraphs and artist books. Her work reflects an exploration of social, political, l religious and psychological issues. She is interested in memory, history and the varying lenses through which we experience events, objects and people.
Liz is the founder, director and resident artist at Zea Mays Printmaking. She is a member of the Boston Printmakers, the Monotype Guild of New England and the American Print Alliance.
Liz's work is in the permanent collections of the De Cordova Museum and Sculpture Park, The Boston Public Library, The Portland Museum of Art (Maine), The Smith College Museum of Art, Arkansas State University, and numerous private collections. She exhibits nationally and is currently represented by Susan Maasch Fine Art, Portland, ME and the Zea Mays Printmaking Flat File Project, Florence, MA.
